Every auto warranty contract includes limitations on your coverage. Before signing your contract, be sure to read over it carefully to best understand your coverage.
olive partners with RepairPal, a network of certified auto shops throughout the US. This partnership lets customers easily find certified mechanics in their area. Once you’re on RepairPal, simply enter your zip code start searching for the right, certified auto shop for you.
Alternatively, customers can bring their vehicle to any ASE-certified repair shop.

If you break down on the side of the road, try and drive your vehicle into the nearest licensed auto shop. If you can’t operate your vehicle, call a towing company and ask them to take you to your nearest licensed auto shop. For your coverage to apply, it’s essential that you seek repairs from an ASE-certified repair shop, dealership, or RepairPal-certified shop.
Once your vehicle’s issue is diagnosed, the shop will contact olive’s claims department to file your claim. Once your claim is approved, you can proceed with repairs. After you pay your deductible and any non-covered items, olive will pay the balance directly to the repair shop.
