Coverage Details and Limitations

Every auto warranty contract contains limitations on covered components. Before signing an auto warranty contract, be sure to read over it carefully.

When shopping around the Endurance site for coverage, consider viewing a sample contract. Here, you’ll learn more about coverage expectations before starting the purchase process.

Contractors and Service

Endurance works with a wide array of maintenance and auto shops across the country. When you file a claim, an Endurance representative will direct you to the closest licensed maintenance shop in your area.

Endurance customers never have to pay an auto shop upfront for covered maintenance. When a filed claim is accepted, Endurance pays the workshop directly: no reimbursements, no hassle.

Making a Service Request

When filing a claim, it’s best to contact Endurance customer service right away.

If your vehicle is still safe for the road, an Endurance representative will direct you to the location of the closest licensed auto shop.

If you experience a breakdown, Endurance will send a tow truck to your location. The tow truck will transport you and your vehicle to the nearest licensed auto shop.
